When I was with blogger before having this domain, I used to participate with different memes in different topics. Be it a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Meme. I enjoyed a lot actually, meeting friends around the globe, sharing unique and beautiful things in web and everything it is related to. The law of repetition brought me to different places in the world in just few minutes.

Edited during the search of the new 7 wonders of the world. Makabayan, ‘ika nga. I remember this was one of the first photos appeared in google image search while doing so. And my photo in orange polo shirt was taken at Kalunasan Female Dormitory, Cebu City. We went there for an outreach program sponsored by CTU-Main Campus. That was when I had my last three subjects in M.T.E. (Master in Technician Education).

Sneezing and coughing is normal. Commonly, these results due to allergy. Who among us have not experienced any of these? I think none. These two are unavoidable and it’s hard to stop when it want to disperse. This is only simple and natural occurrence to every person but when mistakenly released, germs can be passed from one person to another, to many.
According to a report, sneezing and coughing both burst about 100,00 million bacteria that speeds from a 100 to 600 miles per hour. I am thinking about a typhoon with of 1 kilometer per hour. It is already powerful! But what about sneezing inside a passenger type van? But of course one can avoid spreading the germs by covering his/her mouth with a piece of tissue paper or a hanky. But the problem is when you are beside a person who does not know about it? How can you tell him/her in a nice way that mouth must be covered when sneezing or coughing? It is also unethical when you cover your nose and mouth to avoid his/her germs.
Covering one’s mouth when coughing or sneezing can be a good etiquette with “excuse me.”
